Blaze grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes. The App is free to use for certain basic functions, though extended functions or content may incur additional costs. Blaze reserves the right to modify the App or its contents at any time or to limit access to certain features.

Certain features of the App require a user account. Registration must be completed with accurate and complete information, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Blaze reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of any violations of these Terms of Use.

The App may only be used in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms of Use. Specifically, prohibited uses include:

• Attempting to manipulate or hack the App or its content
• Using the App in any way that infringes on the rights of others,
• Distributing or publishing offensive, obscene, or unlawful content,
• Conduct that could interfere with the proper functioning of the App

6.1. Availability and Functionality:

Blaze strives to ensure the continuous availability of the App and to keep the provided information up to date. However, no guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted or error-free availability.

6.2. Disclaimer for Content:

Blaze assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content provided in the App. The use of the content is at the user's own risk.

6.3. Liability for Damages:

Blaze is only liable for damages arising from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. For cases of simple negligence, Blaze is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, but this liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. The liability restrictions do not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

6.4. Third-Party Liability:

Blaze assumes no liability for content or services provided by third parties within the App. Links or embedded content from other providers are the responsibility of the respective operators.

This agreement becomes effective upon use of the App and is indefinite. You may delete your account at any time, thus terminating the usage license. Blaze reserves the right to suspend your user account and access to the App at any time and without stating reasons, especially in cases of violations of these Terms of Use.

Blaze reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use. You will be notified of any changes via email or within the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Use is the location of Blaze GmbH’s registered office, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
